Sara Bokker is not one to hold high in esteem. She has ALWAYS taken things to extremes to piss people off…to be different. She no more cares for this following then I do. She is a fraud. I know her personally and have since we were in kindergarten. If she, and you, hate America so much — then MOVE.

She was ‘the first person in her university to go out with a black guy ‘

You forgot to mention the fact that Sara was a striper in Fort Lauderdale for 9 years.She was also a heavy drug user to the point of being taken to hospitals by EMTs multiple times. A promiscuous woman, had sex if other man while married with her first husband. She is no example to be followed and she just tells half of her story. She is a Fraud!!!

I too have known Sara long before she became a Muslim. I know her as good and kind for years before Islam. Knowing how pure mnay Muslims are, I was not the least surprised by her decision. Thousands of women have embraced Islam in the last few years partly because of her, and the last I have heard she has only grwon stronger in her fauth.

If we understood the Holy Qur’an from any aspects we’ll find our mind telling itself It must be created by te One who know every thing and we know nothing. Americans always like to bang on about what a tolerant and forgiving society and progressive you are, yet all people talk about is jusging sara bokker on her past, the drugs, promiscousness and the stripping Its like you almost refuse to accept someone can change for the better, and if they do, it is a fraud. This is where Islam and west differs, Allah tells us, if someone sincerly repents over a mistake they will be forgiven in a hartbeat, and the Muslims will welcome them with open arms into our global family, just like we have done with Sara Bokker. You have to ask yourself, are muslims really the intolerant, uneducated, angry dumbasses the media portrays us to be? Throughout history you will see many people who used to be the worst members of society, but they discoverd islam and the muslims, and became pillars of society, the the most upright members of the community in which they lived.
I encourage you to look beyond the media, look beyond what you see on the TV, and actually speak to sincere muslims, and study islam with an open mind.

Before he became one of the greatest Muslim heroes Khalid Ibn Walid was one of those non-believers on a mission to kill the Messenger of God(pbuh) In modern times we have seen shining examples of former non-believers who rose to illustrious height in leadership and esteem of the people and history after renouncing their past to become one of the believers. To be a good Muslim is to stay the course in the service of Allah. So I say to Sarah Bokker: there’s always blessing in staying the course.

do not look at the fault of others. look at the fault of yourself. it is easy to pinpoint the past faults of sarah, but not the better side of her, past and present. is it wrong to go for the better?, regardless what the past was. Sad to see some extremely ignorant statements made at the top of this post (mel and dan), but that is to be expected. sarah is an example of the human condition; everyone is searching for something that will make them feel really connected. On this path they find many distractions, some they will ‘wear’ for a short period, eventually they move on, still searching. In reality, all of mankind is searching for Islam, the truth, they just do not know it. May allah guide you out of darkness and into light, ameen.
